I had a decent stay at this resort spa; the staff was really helpful and polite, making my experience enjoyable. The location is perfect for families since it's near the beach, making it easy to access while keeping away from noisy areas. However, my room wasn't ready at check-in because of a large group leaving late, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the dining options could definitely use more variety, especially during breakfast.
